I promise you, you are not alone. It is a very common pattern and I notice it every day in my sessions. That’s why I decided to talk about it.
We must realize that the key to experiencing our priorities is about aligning our intention with our actions. Remembering that YOU are at the center of everything that is gravitating around you.
Placing career, money, or material needs before our well being is not sustainable in the long run.
Your mental and emotional health and wellbeing needs to be your number one priority to keep the balance and be aligned. When your mental and emotional energies are in balance all your earthly needs will be met.
And it all comes down to practicing SELF-LOVE and CARE!
You might have heard from me to practice self-love as I preach it very often and think “I don’t have time for that, I am too busy with my life”.
Do you feel like you are the best version of yourself today? Or do you still see room for improvement?
I believe practicing it is a lifetime journey and we need to dedicate some time every day to practice self-love, to raise the vibration of our experiences. You are not only doing this for yourself, when you practice self-love, it impacts your loved ones as well. When you show up in your life happier and more confident, it becomes contagious!
