Breathwork Therapy Los Angeles

Find Calm Within, Unveiling the Power of Breathwork Therapy

Are you feeling overwhelmed by daily stress and negative emotions? Do you yearn for a natural, drug-free approach to improve your well-being? If so, breathwork therapy might be the key you’ve been searching for.

Our breath is the force that sustains life. It is the oneness with our spirit. In Latin the word spiritus means breath. Through regulated breathing, we can open up the channels, clear suppressed emotions, and reconnect with our true self, the power within.

What Is Breathwork Therapy?

Breathwork therapy encompasses a range of techniques that harness the power of conscious breathing to promote physical and emotional well-being. For millennia, various cultures have recognized the profound link between breath and our inner state. Breathwork therapy builds upon this wisdom, guiding you to utilize your breath in specific ways to achieve positive changes.

Kristine creates each session in mind to offer you a profound experience that is powerful and life-changing.

Benefits of Breathwork Therapy

Breathwork therapy offers a multitude of benefits that can significantly improve your quality of life. Here are just a few:

  • Reduces Stress,  Anxiety, & Depression
  • Improves Emotional Regulation
  • Enhances Focus and Clarity
  • Boosts Energy Levels
  • Promotes Overall Well-being
  • and More

Phases of The Breathwork

Phase 1: Your transformation begins by moving the stuck emotions and or traumas that are dissolved on a cellular level.

Phase 2: By gently pressing certain pressure points on the body with tuning forks or by hand, you are able to release the blocked and or stuck energies, while we work with positive affirmations that greatly increase your healing process.

Phase 3: In this phase you gain deeper access and understanding of yourself and connect with your higher self, where integration takes place. This deep meditative trance like state leaves you in absolute awe/bliss.

How Does Breathwork Work?

When we’re stressed, our breath becomes shallow and rapid. This disrupts the natural balance within our bodies, triggering the fight-or-flight response. Breathwork therapy helps us counteract this by teaching techniques for deep, diaphragmatic breathing. This simple shift sends a calming message to your nervous system, promoting relaxation and emotional regulation.

Here’s a glimpse into the science behind breathwork:

Increased Oxygen Intake: Deep breathing allows more oxygen to reach your cells, enhancing their function and promoting a sense of vitality.

Stimulates Relaxation Response: By calming the nervous system, breathwork activates the body’s natural relaxation response, counteracting the stress response.

Emotional Release: Certain breathwork techniques can help release pent-up emotions, bringing emotional clarity and fostering a sense of peace.
