Our breath is the force that sustains life. It is the oneness with our spirit. In Latin the word spiritus means breath. Through regulated breathing, we can open up the channels, clear suppressed emotions, and reconnect with our true self, the power within.

What is Breathwork?

The 2-stage Pranayama Breathwork Meditation is a continuous circular breathing technique, guided by me, that takes a deeper approach to self-exploration. It is a powerful tool that can clear years of emotional blocks and trauma in a single session.

This safe and simple process offers transformation from within. By releasing the deeply rooted patterns from the past that no longer support our purpose in the present, it leads us to self-mastery. Breathwork is a non-verbal path to healing. By resolving the stories and memories caused by traumas of the past, we open the gates to be in the present. Overall, breathwork exercises involve deep, focused breathing that lasts for an extended period of time.

Participation in Breathwork activities can result in deep emotional releases through crying, shaking of the hands and legs, “lobster claw” also known as tetany, which is the involuntary contraction of the hands and mouth muscles, resulting in CO2 decrease and PH increase in the body. These symptoms are completely normal and natural. It is advised to slow down the breath temporarily to release the muscle tightness.
